Those making the cut are a balance of seasoned professionals and rising stars. They are experts in transportation, energy and environment, infrastructure, defense and security, education, and healthcare, to name but a few areas.  They are digital experts, policy wonks, powerful writers, special events mavens, and media junkies.  This rich and varied blend of people and expertise allows us to build customized account groups that are tailored specifically for each client’s particular needs.  Our people embrace a challenge and dig in to help our clients win. Jessica Larkin

Account Supervisor

  • Provides clients with strategic counsel, public affairs and media relations support
  • Recommends and implements outreach strategies for education and awareness campaigns

Jessica joined Stratacomm in 2005 as an intern, returning in 2007 as a full time team member, and currently serves as an Account Supervisor. She provides strategic counsel, public affairs and media relations support, research and analysis, digital outreach and event logistics for clients in the defense, energy and environment, and transportation sectors. During her time with Stratacomm, Jessica has had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including Rolls-Royce, the U.S. Department of Energy and Navistar Defense/Navistar International Corporation.

With a degree in political science, Jessica has a love for politics, policies, news and of course – communications. She understands the unique audiences in Washington and how to communicate effectively with them.

Jessica can typically be found going for runs along the GW Parkway or enjoying the sights of Washington. A proud Buckeye, she is a graduate of The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
